Policies

Classes:

1) No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations within 7 days of class start date,   No exceptions.

2) You may provide a substitute student to take your place within seven days of the class start date if you can no longer attend.  Please call or e-mail for approval.

Ceramic orders:

Once we've begun making your order, there are no refunds for cancellations. Thank you for understanding.

Broken or damaged pieces:

1) Each piece is handmade by a single person from start to finish and can sometimes show minor imperfections. Any pieces with imperfections will be fully disclosed, and possibly discounted. You may not return pieces if you are unsatisfied with these imperfections upon receiving them!  

2) If an item is received broken or clearly damaged, please send us a picture of the packaging and the broken item for a full refund.
